Airport Pickups
We monitor all arriving flights when a flight number is provided to ensure timely service.
Driver Notifications
Passengers and booking agents will receive text updates (if contact details are provided), including the driver’s name, phone number, and status updates such as:

Pickup Options
-
Curbside / Express Pickup (No Fee): Ideal for frequent travelers with minimal luggage. Once contact is established via phone, the chauffeur will pull up to the curb with a name sign in the window.

Meet & Greet ($25 Fee): The chauffeur will park and meet the passenger inside the terminal with a personalized name sign.

Domestic Flights: Pickup in the baggage claim area

International Flights: Pickup outside the Customs area

Wait Time Policy

Domestic Flights: 30-minute grace period after flight arrival

International Flights: 45-minute grace period after flight arrival

After the grace period, a wait time fee of $2 per minute applies (SUVs and other vehicles). If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately for assistance.
Cancellations & No-Show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup will be charged in full, including gratuity.

No-show: If the passenger fails to appear at the pickup location without notifying the office, a no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable wait time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged. Always call the office before seeking alternate transportation.
Overtime & Changes

Overtime (non-airport pickups): $2 per minute after a 15-minute grace period.

Reservation changes within 12 hours of scheduled pickup are subject to a $35 change fee, in addition to any applicable fare differences. Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and schedule impact.

If a requested change is denied and the client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, full charges will apply.
Payment & Billing

All reservations are charged a day in advance.

Full balance must be paid before the ride begins.

Early morning pickups (before 8:00 AM) or late-night pickups (after 10:00 PM) will incur an additional $15 fee.
General Policies

Vehicles must not exceed designated seating and luggage capacity.

Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party. Chauffeurs may terminate service without a refund in cases of misconduct.

We are not liable for mechanical issues, weather-related delays, traffic conditions, or missed flights.

Items left in vehicles are not the company’s responsibility. If an item needs to be shipped, USPS shipping charges plus a $25 handling fee will apply (shipping within the U.S. only).

Vehicle substitutions may be made at our discretion in the event of unavailability or to prevent service disruption.
